Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant

Role Overview

Giveclarity is looking for a consultant with strong experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and good knowledge of Salesforce CRM. You will work with non-profit clients to deliver high quality implementations and help them move towards the new generation of Salesforce marketing tools including Data Cloud and Agentforce Marketing.

Competitive salary (circa €40-€50k per annum), depending on experience, remote position with occasional travel, fluency in English is required

Experience Required

• Good knowledge and experience in discovery and refinement of digital marketing requirements
• Good knowledge and experience of designing Marketing Cloud solutions to meet client requirements
• Ability to produce clear documentation and follow delivery processes
• Good communication skills and confidence in client interaction
• Experience of Agile development
• Motivation to work in a mission driven organisation and to help non-profits achieve meaningful outcomes
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement across email, SMS, web and automation
• Fluency with Content Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio and MobileConnect
• Strong technical skills including:
  • SQL for segmentation, data preparation and automation
  • AMPscript for personalisation and dynamic content
  • Server-Side JavaScript for CloudPages, API integrations and advanced scripting
  • Coding best practices including reusability, maintainability, error handling and security
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce CRM including core objects, data models and configuration
• Ability to design Data Cloud models, configure ingestion, set up identity resolution, create calculated insights and activate segments
• Familiarity with the new Agentforce Marketing platform and a willingness to grow expertise in this area

Desirable Experience

• Proven consulting experience from a leading Salesforce SI Partner (in commercial or non-profit space)
• Experience of charity fundraising processes either professionally or through voluntary work
• Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant
• Broader knowledge of common digital marketing tooling e.g. Facebook Ad Manager, Google Suite: Ad Manager, Tag Manager, Analytics
• Awareness of digital trends and an eagerness to drive digital innovation in the non-profit sector
