Refrigeration Shift Team Leader Location: Central London Salary: Up to £55,000 Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off Job Type: Full-Time We're looking for an experienced Refrigeration Shift Team Leader to support and manage a team of service engineers within a large commercial environment in Central London. This role is hands-on, fast paced, and ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge and proven supervisory experience. Key Responsibilities Lead and support day & night shift refrigeration engineers Oversee daily service operations and ensure H&S compliance Maintain F-Gas and technical documentation (CO?/Glycol/A2L) Liaise with clients and provide updates on key works Support recruitment and development of engineering staff Assist with reactive works, KPIs, and technical reporting Manage critical parts and stock levels Requirements Experience supervising refrigeration/service engineers Strong technical knowledge of RAC systems Commercial awareness and confident client communication NVQ 1-3 Refrigeration & A/C City & Guilds 2078/2079 F-Gas CITB Safety Passport Pressure testing competency OEM compressor training and controls experience preferred Benefits Competitive salary up to £55,000 4 on / 4 off rota for excellent work-life balance Opportunity to work in a high-profile environment Professional development and training support Apply Now If you're a proactive Refrigeration Engineer with leadership experience and a passion for quality service, we'd love to hear from you!
