You'll be responsible for investigating maintenance requests, identifying materials and resources required, carrying out repairs, and ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard.

Support the wider engineering team with maintenance activities when required.

City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2, or equivalent qualification in Fabric Maintenance, Carpentry, or a related trade.
Experience within building maintenance, construction, or facilities management environments.
Good understanding of health and safety legislation and safe working practices.
Strong practical maintenance and repair skills.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Professional and flexible approach to work.
Desirable
PASMA certification.

Experience working within complex or specialist operational environments.
Team & Support
You'll report directly to the Engineering Supervisors and work closely alongside the site's engineering team. You'll receive ongoing support from supervisors and the wider Pareto FM contract team, ensuring you have the resources and guidance needed to succeed in the role.
Hours & Location
Site-based role.
Berkeley Square, London, W1.
40 hours per week.
Typically 8:00am – 5:00pm.
Working hours may vary depending on client requirements.
Why Join Pareto FM?
Work within a prestigious London client environment.
Join a supportive and collaborative facilities team.
