The Role

As a Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager, you will lead on complex, high-profile projects for a diverse portfolio of multinational clients. You’ll play a key role in delivering strategic solutions while mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the future direction of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Transfer Pricing projects across a varied client base.
  
• Develop and implement Transfer Pricing policies aligned with client strategies
  
• Conduct advanced financial modelling, analyses, and benchmarking studies
  
• Manage complex documentation for multinational organisations
  
• Provide high-level advisory services on Transfer Pricing and related tax matters
  
• Support dispute resolution with tax authorities
  
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development initiatives
  

Requirements

• Strong technical expertise in Transfer Pricing and International Tax
  
• Proven experience delivering projects within a professional services or accountancy practice environment
  
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
  
• Ability to build trusted client relationships and lead engagements independently
  
• ACA/CTA or equivalent qualification (preferred)
