Business Strategy Director, Distribution

Our client, a global investment house, is seeking a high-impact Business Strategy Director to play a central role within their EMEA Distribution business.

This senior position combines commercial partnership, global client leadership and strategic execution. You will work closely with UK and EMEA leadership to drive business management, and deliver strategic initiatives that directly influence growth across the region.

The role suits an energetic, commercially minded leader who thrives in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments and enjoys turning strategy into execution. This is NOT a sales role, so we are not looking for candidates from a sales background.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Client Group leadership to enable commercial development across Institutional, Insurance and Wholesale channels
• Lead planning and execution for priority global strategic relationships, influencing senior stakeholders and sales teams globally
• Drive strategic initiatives across EMEA Distribution, from business cases through to delivery
• Support sales planning, reporting and executive-level presentations
• Embed effective processes, governance and accountability while maintaining agility

About You

• Extensive experience within asset management distribution (regional or global) from a business management / strategy perspective
• Strong commercial judgement with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven ability to influence across complex organisations and senior leadership
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, delivery-focused mindset
• Collaborative leader with the confidence to drive change and growth
