The Role

As a Teaching Assistant in this specialist setting, you will:

Provide personalised support to pupils with a wide range of needs, including speech and communication difficulties, sensory processing challenges, and medical or physical conditions.

Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver individualised learning programmes and interventions.

Help pupils build confidence, independence, and resilience, while encouraging positive social interactions.

Create and maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment.

Support with personal care when required, always maintaining dignity and safeguarding standards.

What We're Looking For

Experience with SEN or young people with additional needs (desirable but not essential).

A caring, patient, and adaptable nature.

Positive behaviour management skills with a calm and constructive approach.

Strong teamwork and communication abilities.

A genuine passion for supporting children to reach their full potential.
