Job Title: Social Worker - Review Team and Transition Team
Location : Islington
Rate : £32 per hour

An exciting job role has recently become available for an Adult Social Worker to join a Review Team and Transitions Team based in Islington.

What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will be responsible for completing the backlogs of reviews and assessments across the service, with a primary focus on adults with learning disabilities. There is a strong emphasis on your capability and confidence in completing these tasks in a very timely manner. Additionally, you will work with young adults aged 18-25 who have a learning disability and are eligible under the Care Act.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
