Corporate Tax Senior, London, to £50k
Our client, a leading Firm of Chartered Accountants, are looking for a Corporate Tax Senior to join the expanding Tax team in their London office.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a larger firm and seeking an opportunity with genuine career prospects in order to progress with their career.
The ideal candidate will be at least ATT qualified and already specialising in Corporate Tax.
However, candidates in a mixed tax role will also be considered. The role will be compliance based and experience of processing computations and returns is essential.
The position will offer excellent progression opportunities and over the next 18 months, there will be the opportunity to progress to Assistant Manager Level, become more involved in non-compliance work and take a greater responsibility for client portfolio
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepares corporate tax Computations and returns
Own responsibility for compliance clients
Monitoring time limits and elections for compliance portfolio, i.e. manage Alphatax
Drafts HMRC correspondence of compliance nature
Prepares technical research and some planning
Contribute at client meetings
Assist with billing and monitoring budgets
Skills
ATT / ACCA / ACA Qualified
