The menu showcases the very best of British produce: shellfish from Devon, Cornwall, and the north coast of Scotland, beef and lamb from the Lake District, and vegetables and salads from small organic farms across Kent. The bar offers a list of traditional cocktails alongside a large-format wine list, balancing classic varietals with modern natural wine styles. Responsibilities The Restaurant Supervisor will:- Lead and oversee daily floor service, ensuring smooth, efficient operations and exceptional guest experiences.
