Following a recent acquisition, the business is undergoing significant growth with major investment into new data centre capacity across Europe.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, innovative, and growth-oriented organisation where you’ll play a key role in shaping the next generation of sustainable data centre campuses.
The Role
We are seeking an ambitious Civil Design Engineer to join the Design & Product Development team in London. This is a highly collaborative role, working with architects, utility providers, contractors, and internal stakeholders across multiple international sites (UK, Finland, Iceland). It will suit an engineer with experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, critical environments, or data centres, who enjoys seeing their designs realised in construction.

Collaborate with global operations and development teams across multiple locations.
Key Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the design or delivery of infrastructure projects.
Hands-on experience with Revit and Civil 3D.
Chartered or working towards professional accreditation.
Proven track record of leading initiatives or projects to successful completion.
Strong interest in the built environment, technology, and infrastructure.
Willingness to travel internationally (UK, Finland, Iceland) as required.

Salary of £65,000 – £75,000, plus benefits.
Opportunity to join a fast-growing, private equity-backed business at a pivotal stage of expansion.
Dynamic, inclusive, and innovative work culture.
Exposure to cutting-edge sustainable data centre and infrastructure projects.
A collaborative international team environment with real scope for professional growth
