Senior Manager – Technology Sourcing

We’re hiring a Senior Manager – Technology Sourcing to join a globally respected financial services organisation known for its collaborative culture, long-term thinking, and strong ethical values . You’ll lead strategic sourcing across Technology, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver innovation, cost optimisation, and supplier governance in a highly regulated environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and develop sourcing strategies for complex technology categories
• Manage supplier negotiations, contracts, and long-term value delivery
• Partner closely with senior leaders to influence commercial direction
• Oversee compliance, risk, and procurement governance across global markets

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in financial services procurement – essential due to regulatory requirements
• Strong background in technology sourcing and category leadership
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and commercial acumen
• Experience working in dynamic, global environments
• CIPS qualification or equivalent preferred
