Regional Repairs Manager (Disrepair) - Southgate, London, N7 0PHRegional Repairs Manager (Disrepair)Known internally as Regional Property Manager£59,983 - £63,139We are recruiting for a Regional Property Manager to oversee a team of Property Surveyors, and a Partnering Support Officer carrying out the management of Disrepair, Complex Repairs, Insurance Claims, Complaints, Alterations Requests, and other response repairs activity across the MTVH stock in North London.What you'll need to succeedYou will manage contractors in line with contracts, seeking continuous improvement and ensure clear communication with all parties. Carefully monitor workstreams, ensure accurate and robust record keeping and provide reports on performance for all KPI’s.Strong leadership skills and background in managing a multifaceted repairs teamManagement of disrepair cases with experience presenting as an expert witness in disrepair hearingsExperience of Contract/Project Management (essential)Experience of working in Social Housing, Building Surveying, or a regulated fieldHistory of dealing with customers from different backgrounds, and delivering a positive and transparent serviceExperience of analysing customer feedback to achieve service improvementsAttention to detail and accuracy in reportingExperience of working with external stakeholdersExperience of dealing with customers and responding to customer enquiries on the phone and in writingBudget management – adhering to budget set and managing expectationsStrong Leadership skills and the ability to manage a varied and demanding workforceA self-starter who isn’t afraid of challengeMust have car and business insurance.DesirableHousing Experience or working in a related fieldTo meet our commitment to providing safe, high quality services to our customers we will complete a basic background check with the Disclosure and Barring service, once an offer of employment is made.
