We are seeking multiple experienced KYC QA Testers to join a large-scale KYC testing and remediation project for a global financial services organisation. This is a contract-based opportunity requiring up to 10 London-based professionals. Responsibilities:
- Perform Quality Assurance (QA) testing on KYC files, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Review and validate client onboarding, customer due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD), and transaction monitoring records.
- Identify discrepancies, errors, and gaps within KYC files, escalating issues to relevant teams as necessary.
- Work closely with Compliance, KYC Operations, and Risk teams to ensure remediation tasks meet internal and regulatory expectations.
- Document findings in a clear, concise, and structured manner for internal reporting and external audit purposes.
- Provide feedback and guidance on process improvements and best practices related to KYC file reviews.

- London-based and able to work on-site full-time during the initial two weeks.
- Comfortable with hybrid/remote working post-induction.
