Account / New Business Development Manager
Our client is at the forefront of supplying imaginative merchandise to a range of companies. They are now looking to recruit an Account/New Business Development Manager to join their busy and growing team.
Salary: £27,000 to £30,000
The Role
- You will be responsible for generating new business by contacting prospective clients and presenting the product lines to the decision makers
- Reporting back to management you will provide details on the growth in revenue you have achieved periodically
- You will be explaining the range of services providing the benefits and positive impacts to the client’s particular business.
- Upon arranging appointments with prospects, you will attend sales meetings and negotiate contracts with decision makers at a range of organisations
- You will also account manage existing client contacts to build and grow the client relationships that are in place, after all you’ll have won the business and will know them well.
- Utilising your product portfolio, you will pro-actively source customer needs and act on these
- You will use your experience, tenacity and resilience to ensure that targets are met and exceeded.
The Person
- Previous account management experience
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
