ABOUT THE ROLE

Our creative and photography studio, Iris Studios in West Brompton, is the creative heart of the Bamford Collection , producing photography, design and content across the family of brands.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Studio Assistant to manage the day-to-day operations of our studio in West Brompton . This role combines practical studio management of the creative space, and the photography studio, with hospitality and facilities coordination, ensuring seamless creative operations whilst maintaining the welcoming, well-ordered environment that reflects the Bamford Collection.

You will be the guardian of the studio space, anticipating needs, solving problems quietly and efficiently, and creating an environment where creativity can thrive.

Hours: 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 5 days in the office.

Salary: £28,000 per annum.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Studio Management

  • Oversee Iris Studios, ensuring it is camera-ready, organised, and maintained at all times

  • Coordinate studio bookings and shoot schedules, liaising with the creative team and external partners

  • Manage studio equipment inventory, arranging servicing and repairs as needed

  • Maintain props, surfaces, and styling materials in excellent condition

  • Set up and break down studio spaces for different types of shoots

  • Source and organise products and props for photoshoots, ensuring proper tracking and returns

  • Manage saving down images and file sharing

  • Manage the uploading of digital displays in the studio

Staff Amenities & Hospitality

  • Manage the reception area, meeting rooms and staff kitchen, ensuring it is immaculately maintained, well-stocked, and welcoming

  • Coordinate refreshments for internal meetings and external guests

  • Create a warm, hospitable environment that reflects the Bamford Collection's values

  • Manage team kitchen supplies

  • Manage ambiance with scent and floristry.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain meeting room diaries and coordinate bookings, keys, and building access.

  • Manage building essentials including stationery, cleaning supplies, and general maintenance needs.

  • Act as first point of contact for building-related queries and coordinate with facilities management.

  • Support the creative team with administrative tasks as needed.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries and courier services.

Desirable

  • Previous experience in studio, production, or facilities coordination

  • Knowledge of photography equipment and studio operations

  • Experience in hospitality, reception, or front-of-house roles

  • Understanding of luxury brands and high standards of presentation

  • Good use of the English language, written and verbal
