Sales Support Representative

This 6 – 12 month contract role is pivotal in ensuring sales teams have the tools and support they need to excel. You will be immersed in a fast-paced environment, tackling challenges head-on and implementing solutions that directly impact sales outcomes. Your analytical prowess and deep understanding of sales operations will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement and maximizing sales productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Streamline sales processes, including incentive compensation, contact center operations, pipeline management, and lead management.
- Partner with technology and analytics teams to implement and optimize sales tools, reporting, and insights.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation to enhance sales team efficiency.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to sales leadership to optimize sales strategies and performance.
- Support both internal and external sales teams, ensuring a seamless experience with sales tools and processes.
- Explore and implement cutting-edge technologies, including AI and automation, to enhance sales productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and customer success, to align sales operations with overall business objectives.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Strong experience in a Sales Operations or Revenue Operations role.
- Good experience with Salesforce.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with sales productivity tools (e.g., Gong, Outreach, Seismic).
- Knowledge of SQL and experience with Databricks/Github.
- Experience with BI reporting tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Experience launching CRM/tools into sales organizations.
