About the role

The Senior Analyst, Supply & Demand is a key analytical role within the Business Intelligence function at JustPark. The role is responsible for owning the data strategy and BI roadmap for supply and demand across the marketplace, generating the insights that drive decisions on how supply is grown, optimised, and matched to driver demand. This is a high-impact position that sits at the core of how JustPark understands and improves its two-sided marketplace.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Roadmap

  • Owns the supply and demand data strategy, defining how BI supports the understanding and growth of both sides of the JustPark marketplace.
  • Builds and maintains the supply and demand BI roadmap, prioritising work, putting the needs of the business first, that directly supports marketing, commercial and operational decision-making.
  • Identifies gaps in data coverage and partners with the data platform team to ensure the right foundations are in place.

Supply & Demand Analysis

  • Demand-side trends — including channel attribution, driver behaviour, booking patterns, conversion — to surface opportunities and risks. Builds in acquisition revenue tracking models into our core data.
  • Tracks and analyses supply-side performance — including parker acquisition, listing health, capacity utilisation, and churn — to inform retention and growth strategies.
  • Identifies the imbalances between supply and demand across geographies, time periods, and product types, and works with teams to address them.
  • Develops models and frameworks to analyse supply and demand, supporting capacity planning and revenue optimisation.

Reporting & Insights

  • Delivers regular performance reporting on supply and demand metrics to business stakeholders, translating data into clear, actionable narratives.
  • Proactively flags emerging risks and opportunities based on changes in marketplace dynamics, ahead of them appearing in headline results.
  • Supports the build-out of dashboards in tableau and self-serve reporting tools that allow teams across the business to access data independently.

Automation & Capability

  • Drives automation of routine reporting and data processes, freeing up analytical capacity for higher-value work.
  • Contributes to the broader BI team's goal of growing data literacy and self-sufficiency across JustPark, including leveraging AI tooling where appropriate.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in an analytical role, ideally within a marketplace, platform, or two-sided business model.
  • Strong understanding of demand & supply dynamics, and how they interact in a marketplace environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to own an analytical domain end-to-end, from strategy through to delivery.
  • Proficient in SQL and at least one BI or visualisation tools
  • Experience building dashboards and self-serve reporting that enable non-technical stakeholders to access data independently.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and translating complex analysis into clear, concise business narratives.
  • Proactive mindset — able to spot what matters without always being asked, and to communicate it effectively.
  • Familiarity with modelling, or statistical analysis.

  • A clear, well-maintained supply and demand BI roadmap that is understood and trusted by stakeholders.
  • Timely, accurate reporting on marketplace health that enables faster and better-informed decisions.
  • Supply and demand imbalances identified and communicated proactively, enabling the business to act before issues escalate.
  • Business teams increasingly self-sufficient in accessing supply and demand data, with fewer ad hoc requests to the BI team.
  • Forecasting and modelling that meaningfully improves marketing and commercial performance.
