Client Relations Advisor/Hostess
- Handle guest queries before and after events by email or phone, working alongside another team member to ensure all enquiries are responded to in a timely manner.
- Accurately update Account Managers on volumes of queries, flagging any issues relating to client invitations or purchases.
- Efficiently scan and check in guests at the event entrance using a CRM platform.
- Verify each guest's identity and invitation, ensuring only intended invitees attend.
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in line with brand expectations.
- Collaborate with the event team to coordinate the check-in process and manage guest flow.
- Assist with crowd management to ensure a safe and organised environment.
- Update external security partners at the entrance with any feedback to support a smooth check-in experience.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest enquiries or concerns in line with brand partner expectations.
- Ensure guests have a positive experience by offering assistance and guidance where needed.
- Assist with guest check-in administration, including maintaining attendance records and collecting feedback.
