This role offers a unique opportunity to travel internationally throughout the year. You will support approximately 7 international sales per year, with each project lasting up to three weeks. When not travelling, you will assist with sales activities in your local showroom.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Hostess & Client Relations Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding client experience at every stage of the customer journey. Acting as the face of Arlettie and our brand partner, you will welcome clients, manage guest check in and handle guest queries in a timely manner.

Pre/Post Event:
  • Handle guest queries before and after events by email or phone, working alongside another team member to ensure all enquiries are responded to in a timely manner.
  • Accurately update Account Managers on volumes of queries, flagging any issues relating to client invitations or purchases.

During Event:

Guest Check-In
  • Efficiently scan and check in guests at the event entrance using a CRM platform.
  • Verify each guest's identity and invitation, ensuring only intended invitees attend.
  • Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in line with brand expectations.
Event Coordination
  • Collaborate with the event team to coordinate the check-in process and manage guest flow.
  • Assist with crowd management to ensure a safe and organised environment.
  • Update external security partners at the entrance with any feedback to support a smooth check-in experience.
Customer Service
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest enquiries or concerns in line with brand partner expectations.
  • Ensure guests have a positive experience by offering assistance and guidance where needed.
Administrative Support
  • Assist with guest check-in administration, including maintaining attendance records and collecting feedback.

Profile required

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a customer service, client relations, or hospitality role, managing a high volume of customer enquiries.

• Experience using CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, to manage client communications.

• Previous experience working within a fast-paced event, retail, hospitality, or luxury environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build a rapport with clients.

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• A customer-first mindset and passion for delivering exceptional service.

• Confident, professional, and approachable, with the ability to represent Arlettie and our brand partners to the highest standard.

International Travel Requirements:

• This role involves extensive international travel, supporting approximately 7 sale events per year across multiple global locations.

• Each event may last up to 3 weeks.

• Candidates must be comfortable spending extended periods away from home and working in a fast-paced, travel-intensive environment.

• Must be eligible to travel internationally and hold (or be able to obtain) any required visas and travel documentation.
