We are currently recruiting for an experienced Tenancy Support Officer to join a busy Housing Services team in South East London on an ongoing contract basis.

  • Experience supporting vulnerable residents and working with external support agencies.
  • Excellent communication, assessment, and case management skills.
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload and prioritise workloads effectively.
  • Good understanding of safeguarding and supporting vulnerable individuals.

  • Ability to attend the office a minimum of 2–3 days per week.
Desirable:
  • Experience working within a local authority or social housing environment.
  • Knowledge of welfare benefits, homelessness prevention, and support services available to tenants.
If you have a passion for supporting tenants and helping residents maintain successful and sustainable tenancies, we'd love to hear from you.
