The opportunity

As our Senior Project Manager you'll be the driving force behind a pipeline of world class products. From bold new ideas in Innovation and New Product Development (NPD) through to the clever tweaks that make our existing range even better (EPD), you'll steer every product and packaging project from the first spark of an idea all the way to the shelf.

You'll bring the perfect blend of ingenuity, invention and control. One day you'll be championing a fresh concept. The next you'll be keeping a complex launch on track. You'll own the DASH framework for bringing new products to market, making it slicker, smarter and more fun to work with as we grow.

You'll be the heartbeat of our product delivery, connecting the talented people doing the work across the business with the Steering Group and SLT who give it the green light. You'll report to our Operations Director, partner closely with our Brand Director and collaborate with teams right across DASH.

Key responsibilities:

Project Delivery & Coordination 

• Act as day-to-day Project Manager for DASH’s NPD and other new projects: own the plan, timeline and cross-team coordination from concept through to launch.
• Coordinate delivery of EPD projects, working closely with the cross functional project team to keep development briefs, timelines and SLT check-ins on track.
• Own and maintain a single, up-to-date view of all current and future product-related projects — EPD, NPD, innovation and other — giving the business one source of truth on status, timelines and resourcing.
• Ensure every project uses DASH’s project management process, matching the level of governance to the size and risk of the work, so delivery is consistent regardless of who is running it.

Gate & Governance Process 

• Own the project framework (concept, business case/feasibility, ready-to-launch, close & review): preparing gate packs, coordinating input from the Steering Group/SLT, and ensuring go/no-go decisions are clearly documented.
• Be responsible for reporting on all projects to the SLT

Cross-functional Coordination 

• Coordinate input and deadlines across the team, wider functions and externally — chasing actions and unblocking issues.
• Be the first point of contact for status, timeline and risk questions on any live product project.
• Step in and do whatever it takes to get a project delivered

Continuous Improvement 

• Build our innovation delivery engine as well as owning and evolving DASH’s project management framework
• Capture lessons learned at the close of each project and feed improvements back into the process.
• Support the onboarding of new team members into DASH’s way of running projects.

Other Assignments 

• Support ad hoc cross-functional projects as directed by the Operations Director.
• Responsibility for assigned B Corp questions.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned by the SLT.

Requirements

What we are looking for: 

• Someone who is passionate about innovation in food and drink. You will likely have flavour and portfolio strategy experience (though not essential).
• Proven project management experience, ideally within FMCG, food & beverage, or another fast-moving consumer-facing business. A clear passion for the products you have worked on and a desire to work in the drinks category.
• A track record of coordinating cross-functional teams (commercial, brand, operations, finance) to deliver projects on time and to budget, without direct authority over the people involved.
• Comfortable running a structured stage-gate process for larger, higher-risk projects, and a lighter-touch process for smaller ones - and confident judging which is which.
• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail on plans, risk logs and reporting; keeps track of many moving parts at once without letting things drop.
• Commercially numerate, comfortable owning or reviewing a project budget/business case with the SLT.
• A confident, clear communicator, able to translate cross-functional input into a simple plan and status update that non-specialists can act on.
• Comfortable managing conflicting priorities and holding people to deadlines they don’t report into you for, without damaging relationships.
• An ability to work in product development without necessarily having experience as a product developer
• A formal project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, APM, AgilePM) is an advantage but not essential - practical delivery experience matters more.
• Proficient with Excel, Project Management software and comfortable using AI tools
• Interest in sustainability within FMCG and an ability to evaluate the environmental impact of decisions made in the context of DASH’s supply chain.
