Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:45am to 5:30pm

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

The successful applicant will be provided with full training and will be working in a team to achieve a wide range of goals. The role will be varied, challenging and rewarding and will offer candidates the opportunity of a long and progressive career within the build to rent sector. Candidates for this role will need to be organised administrators and excellent communicators, both verbal and written. This is an exciting opportunity to develop a varied and challenging role within an established and successful business.

Previous customer service or property management experience would be beneficial however applications from graduates would also be welcome.

Duties will include:

  • Liaising with clients, residents, service providers and trades people.

  • Arranging and monitoring maintenance and repairs.

  • Arranging and renewing service contracts.

  • Arranging and reviewing risk assessments.

  • Site visits and property inspections.

  • Approving invoices.

  • Providing administrative support to the team.

Skills required:

  • Ideally educated to A level/Degree standard.

  • Numerate with IT skills across Microsoft office suites.

  • Clear communicator across all platforms.

  • UK Driver’s Licence.
