This is a Part-time 30h/w position - 5 days (including weekends) 6 hours shift

Please note this is a part time role , working 30 hours a week

As a Room Service Waiter/Waitress you are responsible for preparing orders, set trays and delivering items to guest rooms in an attentive and efficient manner, and ensuring to provide excellent quality service as per the Hotel Standard operating procedure.

What will I be doing?

  • Preparing orders
  • Setting tables and trays according to type of food ordered and the hotel's service standards
  • Delivering items to guest rooms in an attentive and efficient manner
  • Ensuring excellent quality service as per the Hotel Standard operating procedure
  • Recording order details in an electronic system or writing them on a receipt
  • Collecting payment for room service orders from guests upon delivery of food and beverages
  • Checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages
  • Cleaning and removing the trolleys/trays from guest rooms and corridor

  • Previous experience within the hospitality industry
