Automotive Paint Sprayer
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Automotive Paint Sprayer to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional, high-quality finishes on a variety of vehicles, using your expertise from preparation to final inspection.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and applying primers.
*
Expertly mix and match paints to achieve perfect colour matches.
*
Apply paint using spray guns to ensure a flawless, even finish free from imperfections.
*
Conduct detailed touch-ups and final finishing work.
*
Perform quality inspections on completed work to ensure it meets the highest industry standards.
*
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
*
Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored.
*
Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
*
Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain workflow and meet deadlines.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
*
Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within an automotive environment.
*
Demonstrable ability to manage the full paint process, from preparation to completion, to a high standard.
*
Specific, hands-on experience with water-based paints.
*
Strong, up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and standards.
*
A stable and consistent work history.
*
Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality
