Key Responsibilities Lead small group interventions to support students' learning. Assist in planning and delivering high-quality lessons in collaboration with teachers. Provide targeted support for students with special educational needs. Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance. Create a Positive And Inclusive Learning Environment.Qualifications And Requirements HLTA qualification or equivalent. Previous experience in a similar role within a school setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to promoting a positive and nurturing learning environment.
