Are you a passionate Mentor who thrives on helping young people reach their potential? Do you have experience supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? Can you inspire confidence, build trust, and help pupils re-engage with learning? If yes to the above then this Mentor role is for you The Role – Mentor A specialist SEMH school in Hackney is looking for a dedicated Mentor to support students across KS3 and KS4 who may display challenging behaviour or struggle with emotional regulation. You will work 1:1 and in small groups, helping students to build confidence, develop coping strategies, and maintain positive attitudes towards learning. The ideal Mentor will be patient, resilient, and committed to making a real difference in students’ lives.
