As a Year 1 Teacher, you will:

• Deliver inspiring and engaging lessons tailored to the needs of all learners.
• Create a nurturing and positive classroom environment where every child can succeed.
• Encourage a love of learning through imaginative and well-planned teaching.
• Work closely with the Year 1 team to deliver the Key Stage 1 curriculum effectively.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues.

Year 1 Teacher Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - PGCE, Bachelor of Education, or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in KS1 (Year 1 experience desirable but not essential).
• Strong classroom management with a warm, inclusive teaching style.
• Reflective, adaptable, and committed to professional growth.
• A proactive team player who thrives in a supportive and dynamic environment.
