Senior Project Executive

They are now looking for a Senior Project Executiveto support the delivery of an exciting portfolio of UK and international corporate events. Working alongside experienced Project Managers/Senior Project Managers, you'll play a key role in bringing events to life from initial enquiry through to onsite delivery. You'll be involved in every stage of the event journey, supporting proposal creation, venue sourcing, supplier liaison, delegate management, logistics, budgeting and onsite event delivery. This is a varied, hands-on role. You'll build strong relationships with clients, venues, suppliers and destination management companies while developing excellent product knowledge across UK and overseas destinations. Whether coordinating conference logistics, researching venues, managing event communications through Cvent or supporting international incentive trips, you'll be an integral part of delivering seamless experiences for clients.

We're looking for someone with around 1-3 years' experience within an events agency or similar fast-paced events environment, with exposure to delivering corporate events such as conferences, exhibitions, gala dinners or incentive travel. You'll be highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines. Experience using delegate management platforms such as Cvent would be highly advantageous.
