As our FP&A Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of shaping financial success for our UK Ecommerce business. You’ll combine sharp analysis with strategic thinking to deliver accurate reporting, insightful forecasts, and actionable recommendations that drive growth. What you’ll be doing

• Acting as a trusted business partner to UK Ecomm leadership, ensuring strong control over P&L and delivering accurate financial statements.
• Budgeting and forecasting cycles, aligning plans with strategic goals and market opportunities.
• Driving insightful reporting and analysis, turning complex data into clear actions that improve performance.
• Identifying risks and opportunities, proposing solutions that safeguard profitability.
• Supporting process improvements and developing key performance metrics to enhance efficiency.

What you’ll need

• Experience in a role with exposure to business partnering or budgeting processes.
• Analytical ability and confidence in influencing stakeholders.
• Experience with SAP, Hyperion Planning, and Oracle HFM is a plus.
• Ideally part qualified CIMA/ACA.
• A proactive mindset and excellent communication skills.
