Lobby Host Prime London Residential Development - Perm Central London 30,240.00
Hours: 42 hours per week, over 5 shifts (with weekend flexibility)
We are looking for a polished and personable Lobby Ambassador to create exceptional welcome and farewell experiences for residents, their guests, and visitors at one of London's most prestigious new residential communities. You'll be the first and last point of contact, delivering service that is both warm and highly professional, leaving a lasting impression every time.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a friendly, professional greeting to all residents and visitors, ensuring every arrival and departure feels special.
Anticipate and respond promptly to resident requests, using creative thinking to provide solutions.
Maintain a clean, presentable, and safe lobby and entrance area at all times.
Liaise with concierge, door teams, security, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service.
Offer information on amenities, activities, and local guidance when required.
Assist with luggage, deliveries, and transport arrangements.
Support safety and security procedures, including compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022.
Maintain accurate records of resident preferences to provide a personalised service.
About You
Previous experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel or luxury residential environment is desirable.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Warm, approachable, and service-driven.
Adaptable, team-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Eligible to work in the UK.
Mandarin language skills are an advantage.
