The Chancery Rosewood, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, alongside a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.
As a Night Housekeeping Associate, you will be part of the team that ensures our guests wake to an environment of serenity and perfection. Working overnight, you will prepare rooms, suites and public areas to the highest standards, maintaining the calm, polished atmosphere that defines Rosewood. Whether carrying out deep cleaning, responding to guest requests, or supporting the wider housekeeping operation, your work will be integral in delivering seamless luxury even when the city sleeps.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain guest rooms, suites, and public areas with exceptional attention to detail.
Carry out evening and overnight deep cleaning tasks to ensure readiness for the next day.
Respond promptly to guest and operational requests during the night.
Uphold Rosewood standards of safety, cleanliness, and presentation at all times.
Collaborate closely with colleagues across departments to ensure uninterrupted guest comfort.
About You:
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a luxury environment is desirable but not essential.
A keen eye for detail, pride in presentation, and commitment to consistency.
Flexibility to work overnight hours, including weekends and holidays.
A calm, reliable, and self-motivated approach with strong team spirit.
