KS2 Teacher - Lewisham
Do you want to work in an Outstanding Lewisham primary and teach across Key Stage 2 from January 2026? A progressive Lewisham school is recruiting a reflective and curriculum-minded KS2 Teacher for a Full-Time post. The KS2 Teacher will be involved in planning prior to January 2026, will attend induction in January 2026, and will teach from January 2026 as the KS2 Teacher. This Full-Time KS2 Teacher role is for someone who enjoys designing knowledge-rich sequences and supporting strong, evidence-informed practice.
A week in the life of the KS2 Teacher
Mornings: the KS2 Teacher leads well-sequenced English and mathematics lessons emphasizing retrieval, vocabulary and reasoning as the KS2 Teacher. Afternoons: the KS2 Teacher delivers enquiry-based foundation topics and practical science as the KS2 Teacher. The KS2 Teacher runs targeted interventions, analyses assessment data and moderates standards across the phase as the KS2 Teacher. The KS2 Teacher will plan before January 2026, attend induction in January 2026, and be teaching from January 2026 as the KS2 Teacher.
KS2 Teacher Responsibilities
• The KS2 Teacher will design and deliver ambitious units across Key Stage 2 as the KS2 Teacher.
• The KS2 Teacher will run booster groups, moderate assessment and report progress as the KS2 Teacher.
• The KS2 Teacher will support colleagues through coaching and shared planning as the KS2 Teacher.
KS2 Teacher Requirements
We seek a KS2 Teacher with QTS, secure subject knowledge across Key Stage 2 and evidence of classroom impact. The KS2 Teacher must be available for pre-term planning prior to January 2026, induction in January 2026, and to teach from January 2026 as the KS2 Teacher.
This Full-Time KS2 Teacher opportunity starting January 2026 offers strong CPD, coaching and the chance to influence curriculum across Key Stage 2.
