UNLOCK YOUR BEST WORK LIFE + MAKE A DIFFERENCE TO EVERY LIFE Due to the recent recategorisation to a Category B Remand Prison, we have an exciting opportunity for a Bank Paramedic to join our Primary Care team at HMP Brixton. HMP Brixton is now a Category B male prison since April 2025 housing men on remand. Our patients needs will vary greatly but there will be a focus on mental health, substance misuse and early days in custody. Hours Bank shifts Monday-Friday- 7.30m-8.30pmWeekend 8.30am-7.30pm Salary £26 per hour How will we support you?

- Provide outstanding evidence based case to our patients seeking out, listening to and acting on their feedback so that care is personalised and informed by what matters to them - focussing on emergency and unplanned care to patients with both primary care and acute care needs.
- Deliver non-judgemental care, building therapeutic relationships and promoting professional boundaries.
- Playing an active part in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the patient's care following our policies, procedures and always considering safeguarding.

- Qualified Paramedic
- Current professional registration (HCPC)
- Proven post-registration ambulance experience
- Evidence of continued professional development
- A non-judgmental and compassionate approach
- Proven experience in either: Accident & Emergency, Primary Care environments or Minor injuries / illness
