- Promote cultural understanding and global citizenship through enrichment, trips, and cross-curricular opportunities.
- Contribute to whole-school improvement and uphold the school’s ethos of aspiration and excellence.
What the School Offers
- A supportive leadership team committed to nurturing strong middle leaders.
- Opportunities to enhance cultural capital through clubs, events, and international experiences.
- High levels of student engagement and a behaviour culture built on respect and ambition.
- Access to bespoke CPD and leadership development pathways.
- A collaborative staff community that values innovation, creativity, and professional growth.
- A diverse and vibrant environment where languages and cultural identity are celebrated.
Who We’re Looking For
- A specialist in Spanish with excellent linguistic and cultural knowledge.
- A creative, reflective practitioner with a track record of inspiring high achievement.
- A teacher who brings energy, clarity, and purpose to curriculum and classroom practice.
- Someone ready to lead, influence, and contribute to a thriving MFL department.
- A professional who believes in the transformative power of language learning.
If you are ready to lead with passion, champion the Spanish curriculum, and inspire the next generation of linguists, we want to hear from you.
