Key Responsibilities of Teaching Assistant (TA):

* Support teachers in delivering the KS2 curriculum effectively.
* Lead targeted interventions to boost pupil progress.
* Encourage positive behaviour and independent learning.
* Help maintain an inclusive and engaging classroom atmosphere.
* Collaborate with staff to meet the academic and emotional needs of pupils.

Requirements for Teaching Assistant (TA):

* Strong experience working within KS2 and solid curriculum knowledge.
* Recent school-based experience is essential.
* Confident in delivering academic interventions.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Relevant qualifications or training in education are desirable.
