Dog Boarding needed near Highbury N5
He is housetrained and full of character. Likes his toys and his food. He loves fetching and tugging indoors. He gets a little too worked up after a long play sometimes but he'll calm down with a good gentle cuddling. He is toilet trained and usually wants to go out to the garden to do his business. He walks okay, he pulls at times and easily distracted with outside noises, other dogs and humans — he just have to say hi to each and everyone! He's still working on his socialisation skills with people and other dogs. He mainly raises his front paws and get super excited. He knows his name when called but we haven't tried him off lead. We are currently training him a good/proper recall. He is full of character already and knows a lot of tricks already. Always praise with ‘good boy’ or with a touch/caress under the cheek or behind ears. HE IS ALLERGIC TO CHICKEN -- Yes, most dogs are, apparently, according to vet. He loves the smell of it and it was his favourite. :-( He doesn't do off-lead walking yet and he sometimes pull when walking. A firm ‘no’ or ‘nope’ if he starts picking up things from the ground followed by ‘leave it’. He responds very well if you gently tug the lead. If you’re calm and confident when walking, he senses this and he walks by your side. If you’re nervous and excited, he also senses this and can be annoying and pulls. If you have a garden, please make sure you supervise him when he’s there so that he doesn’t eat what he shouldn’t. He loves sniffing but sometimes he can’t help being a Labrador!
