LEGAL FIXED INCOME DOCUMENT NEGOTIATOR
- Draft, review and negotiate GMRA and GMSLA master agreements
- Liaise closely with front office teams during contract negotiations
- Engage with clients and external counsel on repo and stock‑lending documentation
- Manage regulatory and netting requirements for fixed‑income documentation
- Support development of templates, know‑how and documentation standards
- Maintain a pragmatic, risk‑aware approach to enabling efficient business execution
- Assist with identifying and mitigating legal, regulatory and commercial risks
- Contribute to wider legal team initiatives and business growth support
