Level 2 and 3 Nursery Practitioners

Salary:
- Level 2 Practitioners: £23,000 – £24,500 per annum
- Level 3 Practitioners: £25,000 – £27,000 per annum Salary will be dependent on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years
- Support children in their learning and development, following the EYFS framework
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
- Observe and assess children’s progress and report on individual development
- Build strong, positive relationships with parents and colleagues
- Promote children’s well-being and safeguard their welfare
Qualifications and Skills:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential)
- Experience working with young children in an early years setting (desirable)
- Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding
- Passion for working with children and a desire to make a difference
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
