Managing Director - MGA Incubator
Job Details
A leading UK commercial MGA, newly backed by a fast-growing US consolidator, is launching an MGA incubator to build and scale new underwriting businesses. They need a CUO to lead it. You'll:
- Launch and scale new MGA ventures
- Recruit underwriting talent and whole teams
- Win and grow capacity from Lloyd's, company-market carriers and reinsurers
- Set underwriting strategy and keep loss ratios disciplined
