Administrative Business Partner

As an Administrative Business Partner II (ABP), you will provide proactive, high-quality administrative and operational support to leaders, teams, and/or a site. Operating with minimal guidance, you will use sound judgement, discretion, and business awareness to manage complex schedules, coordinate travel and events, and support site culture and effectiveness.

You will be a trusted partner to cross-functional stakeholders, contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and play an active role within the Administrative Business Partner community.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including pre-travel preparation and post-travel follow-up.
  • Own expense and budget-related activities, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
  • Prepare and support meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups.
  • Plan and deliver internal and external events such as team off-sites, site events, and business programmes.
  • Support site culture initiatives and make recommendations to improve team dynamics and site effectiveness.
  • Partner with internal teams on workplace and space planning needs.
  • Contribute to projects and process improvements within the ABP community.
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in an administrative, business support, or operations role supporting senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with calendar management, travel coordination, expense management, and event support.
  • Demonstrated judgement, discretion, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting executives or large, fast-paced teams.
  • Experience delivering medium-scale events or projects.
  • Strong written communication skills and business acumen.
