History Teacher (Maternity Cover)
Location: Southall, London Borough of Ealing (UB1)
Contract: Full-time, 5 days per week

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated History Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Southall on a maternity cover contract. This is a full-time role, starting after the October half term, offering the opportunity to inspire and support students in their historical learning journey.

The Role

* Deliver engaging and high-quality History lessons across Key Stages, with a particular focus on GCSE History.

* Plan and implement lessons that support student progress and foster a love of learning.

* Contribute to the wider school community, upholding its ethos and values.

Requirements

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with specialism in History.

* Proven experience teaching GCSE History.

* Ability to inspire, challenge, and motivate students.

* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
