As a Clinical Operations Executive at Simplyhealth, youll play a vital role in ensuring that our clinical services operate safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality. You will support the day-to-day running of our clinical operations, maintain strong relationships with partners, uphold clinical governance standards, and help us continually improve how care is delivered to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Clinical Operations & Service Delivery: Ensure smooth delivery of clinical services, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner Management: Support onboarding, validation, and monitoring of clinical partners; review quality metrics and compliance. Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with third-party clinical service providers
• Clinical Governance & Risk: Help mitigate clinical risks, contribute to incident reviews, and champion governance principles across Simplyhealth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Partnerships, Legal, and Customer Services teams to align operations. Provide clinical operational insights to support business decisions and partner strategy.
• Quality & Continuous Improvement: Review clinical complaints, track and analyse quality trends to identify areas for service refinement and assist in the implementation of operational improvements.
