We are seeking an experienced Digital Proposition Lead to define and deliver the future digital channel and bank connectivity strategy for Corporate Banking.

This role will be responsible for shaping and executing our vision across corporate online banking, mobile platforms, APIs and host-to-host connectivity. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in creating secure, scalable and client-centric digital capabilities that strengthen client relationships, improve operational efficiency and generate commercial growth.

Working across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk and Front Office teams, you will lead digital transformation initiatives that enhance the client experience whilst ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Shaping the Digital Strategy

You will define and execute a multi-year digital channels and connectivity strategy that supports the growth ambitions of Corporate Banking. This includes developing compelling propositions across online banking, mobile banking, host-to-host connectivity and API-enabled services.

You'll work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand evolving market needs and translate these into innovative solutions, including embedded banking, ERP integrations, real-time payments and enhanced self-service capabilities.

As the owner of our corporate web and mobile platforms, you will set the product vision and roadmap, driving continual improvements in onboarding, payments, liquidity management, lending and foreign exchange servicing capabilities.

You will ensure our channels deliver an exceptional user experience whilst remaining secure, resilient and scalable. Success will be measured through client engagement, adoption and satisfaction.

You will lead the development of our host-to-host and API connectivity strategy, creating seamless integration opportunities for corporate clients.

This includes overseeing API frameworks for payments, reporting, account information and cash management services, as well as supporting ERP integrations with platforms such as SAP, Oracle and NetSuite. You will also establish governance standards and explore opportunities to commercialise connectivity solutions.

You will be accountable for the commercial success of our digital capabilities, identifying opportunities to increase revenue, improve client retention and support new business acquisition.

Working alongside relationship teams, you will help position digital solutions as a key differentiator within our Corporate Banking proposition.

You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of strategic initiatives, working within agile frameworks to accelerate time-to-market and maximise business value.

Partnering closely with Technology, Risk and Compliance teams, you will ensure all digital services meet the highest standards of security, operational resilience and regulatory compliance.

As a senior leader, you will influence stakeholders across the organisation and build a high-performing team that champions innovation, accountability and client-centricity.

We're looking for an experienced digital banking leader with a track record of delivering successful digital products and connectivity solutions within Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking or Financial Services.

You will bring:

• Significant experience leading digital channels, API strategies or corporate connectivity propositions.
• A deep understanding of corporate payments, cash management, liquidity and FX solutions.
• Experience developing and executing product strategy and roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, open banking frameworks, host-to-host connectivity and ERP integrations.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to translate digital investment into measurable business outcomes.
• Proven experience navigating complex stakeholder environments and regulated industries.
• Exceptional communication, influencing and leadership skills.
