Early Years Educator (CACHE Level 3 required)
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Islington, North London
Pay: £16.42 - £17.05 per hour (PAYE)
Hours: 08:30am - 4:30pm
Contract: Full-time, 5 days per week Key Responsibilities In this role, you will support children's learning and development during their early years, including: Planning and delivering creative, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
Supporting children's social, emotional, and developmental needs through play
Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Observing and assessing progress to inform next steps
Promoting positive behaviour and supporting overall wellbeing
Working closely with colleagues to maintain high standards of practice
Building strong relationships with parents and carers
Following safeguarding procedures at all timesThe Ideal Candidate Will: Hold a CACHE Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years
Have a solid understanding of the EYFS framework
Hold a valid Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate (essential)
Be nurturing, proactive, and passionate about early years education
Work well within a team and contribute positively to the setting
