Sustainability Coordinator - Housing Sector
- Act as the primary liaison between residents, contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
- Support the delivery of a large-scale residential energy efficiency improvement programme.
- Manage communications with residents throughout the retrofit process.
- Resolve issues that may impact project delivery, including access challenges and resident concerns.
- Raise and manage works orders, variations and invoice processing.
- Maintain accurate records within property management systems.
- Update EPC, warranty and property component data.
- Monitor project expenditure and maintain detailed reporting records.
- Support grant administration, including funding claims and programme submissions.
- Produce management and board reports on project performance and progress.
- Manage complaints and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
- Contribute to wider sustainability, retrofit and asset management initiatives.
