Executive Assistant| Luxury Brand | London (Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days remote, White City) Temp - Perm

Salary: up to £60,000 per annum

An established luxury brand with a global presence is seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support members of its senior leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment.

Executive Assistant Key Responsibilities

Complex diary and inbox management for three senior executives.

Coordinating international and domestic travel, including visas and itineraries.

Preparing meeting briefs, presentations, and supporting documentation.

Processing expenses and assisting with small projects.

Building strong relationships across teams and external partners.

Collaborating closely with a wider EA team to ensure seamless operations.

Executive Assistant skills:

At least 10 years' experience supporting at C Suite level.

Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable with strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (SAP Concur experience desirable).

Well organised with the ability to anticipate needs.
