An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our expanding client based in West London (W7). They are seeking an experienced Customer Assistant to tend to customer enquiries via telephone and email. They are seeking a hard-working individual to join their team and this position comes with a great opportunity to progress within the company.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Resolve customer enquiries and complaints efficiently

* Maintain excellent customer satisfaction

* Adequate organisation and time management skills

* Operating Tills

* Stock Replenishment

* Picking Orders

* Customer Service to in store customers

* Sales and Merchandising

Salary

Pay £12.50

Shifts are Monday to Friday.

Hours - Monday 9am-5pm, Tuesday – Thursday 9am-5:30pm and Friday: 9am – 3pm
