About The Role:

We’re looking for a Head of QA to lead our Quality Assurance function and help take our product quality to the next level.

This is a senior leadership role where you’ll define and drive QA strategy across the company. You’ll lead a growing team of QA and automation engineers, partner closely with the CTO and engineering leadership, and play a key role in shaping how quality is embedded throughout our development lifecycle.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

• Lead and scale the QA automation function across the company.
  
• Define and implement QA best practices, ensuring quality is built in from day one.
• Build and manage a high-performing QA team, supporting both manual and automated testing.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to continuously improve test coverage, processes, and reliability.
• Own the development and evolution of test frameworks, environments, and tooling.
• Work closely with the CTO and Leadership team to align QA strategy with broader tech goals.
• Champion a culture of quality across the company - from code to customer.

What You’ll Need To Be Successful In This Role:

• 3+ years of experience leading QA or test automation teams in a tech-driven environment.
• Strong background in both manual and automated testing, ideally within a CI/CD pipeline.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools, frameworks, and modern QA practices.
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS preferred).
• Experience working across mobile, web, and backend platforms.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance hands-on leadership with high-level planning.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you're great at building relationships across teams.
