Compensation - Competitive (including bonus) Job Description The Technical Manager will lead the technical workstreams in a Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation initiative, ensuring seamless implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM and other systems/applications. This role involves managing integrations, data migration, security, and technical configurations while aligning with business objectives and compliance standards.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership:
- Drive technical aspects of HCM transformation projects, including Oracle Fusion HCM modules and other application involved
- Collaborate with functional leads, HR stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful delivery.
- Integration & Customization:
- Design and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware tools.
- Manage custom reports and dashboards using OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.
- Data Migration & Security:
- Develop and execute data migration strategies using different tools.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and implement robust security roles and access controls.
- Environment & Release Management:
- Coordinate environment setup, patching, and release cycles for HCM systems.
- Manage technical configurations across multiple environments.
- Team & Stakeholder Management:
- Lead and mentor technical team members (integration specialists, developers).
- Communicate effectively with HR leadership and IT teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Quality Assurance & Risk Management:
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks proactively.
- Support System Integration Testing, User Acceptance testing and Payroll Parallel Reconciliation (PPR) and support hyper care
- Should have a minimum of 12+ years of experience in implementation of Oracle Fusion applications
- Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Payroll batch loader.
- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
- Ability to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports related to Oracle Fusion HCM and other applications
- Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
- Preparation of Status reports with RAG, highlighting risks and mitigations and maintaining RAID log
- Should be an excellent planner when it comes to perform release planning and other delivery planning.
- Should have excellent problem-solving skills
- Responsible for Coaching and mentoring team members with experience of managing 5+ team members
- Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
- Experience DevOps model is preferred
