⏰ Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm
Salary: £32,000–£36,000 per annum
Experienced School Finance Professional?
A secondary school in Bromley is looking for an experienced Finance Officer to support its finance team on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will initially join on a temporary contract, with the opportunity to move into a permanent position for the right person.
What You'll Be Handling
Processing invoices and purchase orders
Raising and processing payments
Bank and account reconciliations
Maintaining accurate financial records
Supporting budget monitoring
Processing expenses
Dealing with supplier queries
Supporting payroll administration
Preparing spreadsheets and financial reports
General finance administration
About You
Previous school-based finance experience is essential. You should be confident working with confidential financial information, have excellent attention to detail and be able to manage your workload independently.
Experience with FMS, PS Financials, Sage or similar finance systems would be an advantage.
