What you will do
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our talent acquisition processes and ensuring a seamless, positive experience for candidates and hiring teams. Your work will directly contribute to building and scaling our recruitment operations. Key responsibilities include:
End-to-End Interview Coordination: Manage interview logistics across global teams and time zones, ensuring a smooth, professional experience for candidates and interviewers.
Candidate Experience Leadership: Own candidate experience initiatives, including feedback surveys, monthly reporting, and continuous process improvements.
Pipeline & Process Management: Oversee job postings, ATS data quality, and pipeline organization, while identifying opportunities to streamline workflows.
Employer Branding: Assist with LinkedIn campaigns, hiring announcements, and content creation to attract top talent.
Referral Program Management: Track and support employee referral programs, ensuring timely follow-ups and recognition.
Process Innovation: Drive recruiting process improvements, document best practices, and contribute to tooling initiatives (e.g., ATS transitions, automation).
Talent Operations Projects: Lead or support cross-functional projects to enhance recruitment efficiency and scalability.
About you
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. You should be:
Experienced in Talent Acquisition Coordination : Around 2–3 years’ experience in recruitment operations, HR coordination, or project support with a passion for recruiting operations, candidate experience, and process optimization.
Fluent in English : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Highly Organized : Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
Tech and Data-Driven : Comfortable with spreadsheets, ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Ashby), and recruiting analytics.
Solution-Oriented : A problem-solver who seeks to improve systems, not just maintain them.
Positive Mindset : Able to work cross-functionally with hiring managers, HR, and external partners,
Adaptable : Comfortable in a dynamic startup environment, with a willingness to take ownership and iterate.
